A: Real Property Management manages properties in the Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica & everything in between.

Q: What determines the rent for my property?

A: We will make a rent recommendations to you based on our market analysis of your property as well as current market conditions. Ultimately, the market determines the price. Your RPM Agent will keep you up to date on the status of your vacancy until we get it rented.

Q: Who pays for the marketing of my property?

A: RPM's service is unike any other property management company. With our full service management, we never charge a leasing fee to our owners. We do ask for our owners to choose and purchase an advertising method, which will get your property advertised in more places than any other management company... literally hundreds of places. This will get your place rented as quickly as possible.

Q: How are tenants selected?

A: Our background check is thorough and comprehensive to ensure we select quality tenants.  We carefully screen each prospective tenant and their application and verify rental history, employment history and current employment status, and obtain a specialized report which includes credit, evictions and criminal history. We don't just look for evictions that went through the legal system, but ones that were filed as well.

Q: What is typically involved in preparing a property to be rented?

A: Generally, you should expect to make the property move-in ready for a tenant, a process we can help you with. Your property will rent quicker and demand a higher rental value if it is clean and in good condition.

Q: Who pays for maintenance and repairs to my property?

A: The costs of routine maintenance and repairs are paid by the owner, unless it is clear the tenant is responsible or negligent and they will be responsible for that repair cost.
