Real Property Management utilizes experienced, licensed Realtors with property management expertise to show & negotiate rental amounts. In California this is a state law and insures fair housing compliance.
To save you money, we use our own in house maintenance team to provide quality and timely maintenance for your property. Therefore, you don't have to pay the exorbitant rates charged by others; nor does your property have to wait until they can work it into their schedule. This can save you hundreds of dollars per year.
Maximizing net operating income for each property requires the implementation of uniform management systems which increases operating efficiency and preventative maintenance to minimize the need for potentially high-cost emergency spending. While some tenants take care of their own pool and lawn-care, we also provide lawn-care and pool service options & of course we provide 24 hour emergency service... seven days a week.

Evictions / Collections
If rents are not paid by 5pm on the 5th of the month, we begin the processes necessary to collect rents or evict tenants. Real Property Management will even pay for an eviction if necessary (with participation in our EPP Program).
Our company is highly automated & user friendly. Owners will receive a "Login" where you can view your property status, bills, and income.... in real time 24/7/365. You will also receive a financial statement each month which will show monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide numerous reports including tenant rental histories, property rental histories, end of year tax information to your accountant, and a host of other reports with the touch of a button. Tenants can pay rent online for faster disbursement of money to you the owner via direct deposit or mailed to you nearly 2 weeks faster than other management companies in this market.
We pride ourselves on being straight forward about our fee structure. We have one fee: a percentage fee ( % ) of collected rents. No junk fees, no lease up fees, or hidden fees ever. We only receive management fees when your property is rented. There is a nominal one time set up charge for database set-up in our national system. This ensures minimal vancancies as well as a property specific website for maximum marketing response.
